HBW has been involved in the re-development of four major sites in Harlow. These projects have together delivered a full range of community facilities for the local people of Harlow, which includes G.P. surgeries; PCT community facilities; a dental practice; a cancer clinic, pharmacies; a sexual health clinic; a nursery; and a 60 bed intermediate residential care home. The buildings have been individually designed by various architects and comprise a variety of forms including steel frames, composite structures and load-bearing construction with a mixture of cladding styles and high quality finishes. A striking feature of all these projects has been the incorporation of artwork, the procurement of which HBW has managed. Whilst HBW has been commissioned directly by The Harlow Health Centres Trust, the landowner and developer, HBW has also assisted all the individual end-users (over 12 in total) ensuring their differing needs and demands are reconciled and managed to ensure successful projects were delivered. Our success in this regard has encouraged our Client to provide HBW with repeat commissions.
